Month of Holy Souls

The Catholic Church dedicates the entire month of November to the Holy Souls in Purgatory. During this whole month we pray for the souls of the faithful departed, especially those whom we have known and loved.  We honour all the faithful departed by remembering, praying, and giving thanks for all the dead. These prayers please God, who makes use of our prayers to help purify these souls in purgatory.
